Orvis 8/9 Battenkill Disc Drag Fly Fishing Reel With zippered Orvis clamshell Case - #2. The reel was made in England. This is a very nice gently used fly reel. The exterior of the reel is in very good condition. There are some very minor scuffs and scratches. These do not affect how the reel functions. The interior of the fly reel is in excellent condition. We have completely gone through the reel including deep cleaning and greasing. The reel contains 7 weight WF fly line and backing. I do not know the manufacturer of the line, but it appears to be in very good condition. This would be an ideal fly reel for an 8’0”-9’6” bamboo fly rod in 7 or 8 weight configuration or a 9’6”-11’0” two handed graphite Spey
